Which email providers does ReachPilot work with?
Gmail and Google Workspace (with an App Password), Namecheap Private Email, and other providers that offer SMTP for sending and IMAP for reply sync. Connect as many inboxes as you like and ReachPilot spreads the volume across them.
Do I need my own AI key?
Yes, for now. Add an OpenAI or Google Gemini key in the Connect step. You keep full control over the model, the cost and the data you send to it.
Will cold email get my inbox banned?
No software can promise that. ReachPilot lowers the risk with warmup, per-inbox caps, randomized delays, bounce auto-pause and one-click unsubscribe, and it stops sending to anyone who replies, bounces or opts out. List quality and volume are still your call.
What happens when a lead replies?
Inbox sync picks up the reply over IMAP, matches it to the lead and removes them from every remaining step. Unsubscribe requests, out-of-office notices and bounces are detected the same way.
Can I review emails before they go out?
Yes. The Preview step shows the exact email each lead will receive, including AI-written copy. Edit any single message or send yourself a test first.
