What happens after you press Start.

    Queue tick

    The cloud worker wakes every couple of minutes and picks the next due job. Step 1 goes first when follow-ups are due at the same time.

  2. 02

    Inbox chosen

    Follow-ups leave from the inbox that sent Step 1. New leads go to an inbox that still has capacity today.

  3. 03

    Email rendered

    Merge tags are filled and the AI-written copy for this lead and step is applied.

  4. 04

    Sent over SMTP

    After a randomized 1–4 minute gap, with List-Unsubscribe headers and an open pixel attached.

  5. 05

    Inbox synced

    IMAP sync reads replies, out-of-office notices, unsubscribe requests and bounces.

  6. 06

    Lead stopped

    Any engagement removes the lead from the remaining steps, so nobody gets a follow-up after they answer.
