Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ReachPilot (the “Service”), operated by [to be completed] (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
1. The Service
ReachPilot lets you import contacts, write emails (optionally with AI) and send multi-step sequences from email accounts that you own and connect. Emails are sent through your own mail providers; you remain the sender of every message.
2. Your account
Keep your login and the inbox passwords you store secure, and give accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace. We may suspend a workspace that puts the Service, our providers or other customers at risk.
3. Acceptable use
Cold email is legal in many places only when done responsibly. You agree to:
- comply with the anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you and your recipients (for example CAN-SPAM, CASL, the GDPR and the UK PECR);
- contact only people you have a lawful basis to contact, about something relevant to their role;
- identify yourself truthfully, use accurate subject lines and keep a working way to opt out in every email;
- honour every opt-out immediately — ReachPilot suppresses unsubscribed addresses automatically, and you must not work around it;
- follow your mail providers’ terms and sending limits.
You must not use the Service to:
- send to purchased or scraped lists where that is unlawful, or to addresses that have opted out;
- send phishing, malware, deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content;
- impersonate others, spoof sender identities, or hide who you are;
- attack, probe or overload the Service or any other system, or try to bypass its limits and safety features.
We may pause sending or suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, with or without notice.
4. Plans, payment and cancellation
Plans and their limits are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle, which handles payment, tax and invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
5. Your data
You own the contacts, campaigns and emails you put into the Service. You are the controller of personal data about your recipients; we process it on your behalf only to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
6. AI-generated content
AI suggestions can be inaccurate. Review emails before they are sent; you are responsible for what you send.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery to any inbox. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
8. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or deliverability outcomes, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [to be completed]. Questions: [to be completed]. Postal address: [to be completed].
