Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Every new workspace gets Pro for 14 days (up to 2,000 emails). Afterwards it moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan — nothing is deleted.
What counts as an email?
Each message ReachPilot hands to your mail server: first emails and follow-ups. Test emails to yourself are not counted. Counts reset on the 1st of every month (UTC).
How do AI credits work?
Each AI-written email or campaign brief uses one credit from your plan. Add your own Gemini or OpenAI key in Connect and AI writing is unlimited — you pay your provider directly.
What happens if I hit a limit or downgrade?
New usage pauses with a clear message; your data stays. After a downgrade, the extra inboxes stay saved but only the first ones in your list send.
Who handles payment and invoices?
Paddle, our merchant of record, processes payments, charges the right sales tax or VAT and sends invoices. You can update your card, download invoices or cancel any time from Billing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free.
